Canfield Solitaire is a very difficult game to win. Because of this, several modified versions have been created to improve the player's chances. One of these versions is Selective Canfield Solitaire. In Selective Canfield Solitaire, the player gets to choose the card value to start out each foundation. This gives the player somewhat better odds at winning the game.
